Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate’s responsibilities include lifting boxes, organizing products in boxes and keeping the warehouse area in a clean and orderly state at all times. Ultimately, you will work with other Warehouse Associates to help move products on shelves, pack trucks and unload deliveries as they come in.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Loads and wraps skids for shipping
• Labels items around the warehouse
• Assists with inventory control of the warehouse
• Keeps the warehouse work areas clean
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery

Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience working in a warehouse
• Prior related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Position is predominately outside in our warehouse and temperature conditions can change sporadically
• Position is constantly standing up and moving around to actively assist our customers
• Employee safety and self-awareness should be utilized at all times around our equipment and warehouse
